Cost/Fees
Therapy sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes. I can see clients more frequently if required. I can also offer online sessions via Zoom if required.
Sessions generally take place at the same time and day each week. The number of sessions depends on the issue you bring to therapy. Usually an initial 6 sessions is recommended with ongoing therapy to be discussed between us at that point.
Current fees are £40 per session.
Low Cost Counselling
I also have a limited number of low-cost spaces. I am happy to discuss lower fees if:
-
You are a Carer
-
You are in receipt of Government Benefit
-
You are a Student
Current evidence of any of the above will be required.
How Do I Pay?
Fees are payable either in cash or by card on the day of the appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged at the full rate. Outside of this there will be no charge.
The First Meeting
I offer a free, no obligation introductory session. Then you can decide whether or not I’m the right counsellor for you. Why not call or text me for a free, friendly, informal chat?
